Edward Grey, 1st Viscount Grey of Fallodon, KG, PC, DL, FZS (25 April 1862 – 7 September 1933), yang lebih dikenal sebagai Sir Edward Grey (ia adalah 3rd Baronet Grey of Fallodon), adalah seorang negarawan Liberal Inggris. Pengikut dari "Liberalisme Baru", ia menjabat sebagai menteri luar negeri dari 1905 sampai 1916, masa jabatan berkelanjutan terlama dari orang manapun pada jabatan tersebut. Ia menandatangani Perjanjian Sykes-Picot pada 16 Mei 1916. Dijadikan bangsawan pada 1916, ia menjadi Duta Besar untuk Amerika Serikat antara 1919 dan 1920 dan Pemimpin Partai Liberal dalam Dewan Bangsawan antara 1923 dan 1924.
